Aurelio Sabattani

(born October 18, 1912 in Casal Fiuman ese, died. April 19, 2003 in the Vatican), Italian Catholic pries t, a high official of the Roman Curia, Cardinal. After studying i n seminaries in Imola and Bologna, he was ordained July 26, 1935, briefly worked at the Vatican Secretariat of State (1935), had then because of personal issues to return to his native diocese of Imola, where he was pastor, chancellor of the diocese, a lecturer at a local seminar and received the dignity of the canon of the cathedral chapter.
